Our Services Are Subject To Availability

All services on this website are provided by The Ecom Mind subject to availability. If we are unable to deliver a service you have paid for, we will refund you in full within 30 days.

Our 48-Hour Cooling-Off Period

For any once-off purchase — Store Build, Meta Ads Setup, or Course + Coaching — you can cancel and request a full refund within 48 hours of paying, no questions asked.

After 48 hours, the purchase is final and non-refundable. By then we have started the work on your order, or you have already been given access to the course content.

Cancelling A Once-Off Purchase Within 48 Hours

Message us on WhatsApp at +27 78 863 5693 or email theecommindcoaching@gmail.com within 48 hours of paying. We do not charge an administration or cancellation fee. Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method.

Monthly Plans — Weekly Winning Products & Mentorship Course Only

These are billed monthly. The 48-hour cooling-off period above applies to your first payment.

After that, you can cancel at any time and you will not be billed again. We do not refund a month that has already started, because you have already received that week's or month's access or content. There is no cancellation fee.

Damaged, Incorrect, Or Undelivered Work

If the store, ad account setup, or course access we deliver is materially different from what was described on this website, or is not delivered at all, contact us and we will fix it or refund you in full. This is separate from, and in addition to, the 48-hour cooling-off period above.

How To Request A Refund Or Cancel

Message us on WhatsApp at +27 78 863 5693 or email theecommindcoaching@gmail.com. Include your name, the email address you used to purchase, your order details, and what you would like us to do. We aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours.

How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method used at checkout. Card and EFT refunds can take between 5 and 10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
